DR. SAUER & PARTNERS AND THE NEW CIVIL ENGINEER

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018

We were delighted to participate in an interview with the New Civil Engineer to help raise the profile of Dr. Sauer & Partners which featured in their online and magazine August 2018 edition. As many are aware there have been management changes within the company, which has seen previous Managing Director [MD], and Partner, Gerald Skalla move to Toronto to head up our Canadian operations. He has been replaced by one of our long-standing staff members and Project Manager, Brian Lyons who took up the position of MD here in the UK at the start of 2018.

Brian Lyons met with the New Civil Engineer to provide an honest and upfront interview of what makes our niche and relatively small company such a big player within the tunnelling industry. He speaks candidly about the strong Austrian heritage and our 'passion for perfection' and how he now leads a team of dedicated and highly innovative staff members in some of the most high-profile tunnelling projects in the UK.

Brian talks openly about how we have harnessed our strength of communication and built on our experience of working with Contractors in the industry to deliver an integrated approach to value led solutions.

He speaks about the importance of collaboration which has seen Dr. Sauer & Partners make the Trending20 list in this year's NCE100. With so many exciting tunnelling and infrastructure projects on the horizon within the UK, Dr. Sauer & Partners is looking forward to further collaborations and joint ventures to deliver complex and innovative tunnelling solutions.
